Day 14
Toronto and Niagara Falls
Niagara Falls during the day, visit to Toronto and return home.
Morning in Toronto
In the morning, I woke up again at 6 to go and see the waterfalls at sunrise. Still even more beautiful than the previous evening.

Arrival in Toronto
Delighted Let's go to Niagara-on-the-Lake, with its charming residential areas of stylish houses, and Welland, for a view of the canal that surrounds the waterfalls and allows connection between Lake Erie and Ontario, thus between the Atlantic Ocean and the industrialized Great Lakes region. We will then head to Toronto, which is worth visiting just for the CN Tower and a walk around the tall buildings in the city center, which also have a rather dry business district atmosphere. Finally, we return to the Pearson Airport in Toronto, from where we arrived, to complete formalities and leave Canada after intense days, during which our desire to see new places and our curiosity always took precedence over fatigue, making us immune to any form of laziness.
The flight is on time at 7:15 PM and we arrive in Paris at 8:15 AM on the 24th. Here, while waiting for the connecting flight, we have plenty of time to reflect on everything we've done and perhaps for the first time, we realize how quickly things have passed.
– 7,980 km driven by car
– 7 ferries, totaling 28 hours of sailing over 690 km in total
– 4 flights, totaling 16.30 hours of flying time over a distance of 13.500 km.
While we wait for our flight to Turin, we open one of the guides we have with us and our eyes fall on the undiscovered beauties of WESTERN CANADA…
